Thank you so much for supporting my small business. Every item is handmade with care, and because of that, our return policy is a little different. Here’s everything you need to know in simple terms:


Swimwear

All swimsuits are final sale.
Because of hygiene and the handmade process, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.


Hats

Hats are final sale since they are made and embroidered by hand.
If your hat comes damaged or incorrect, please message us within 48 hours so we can fix it.


Beach Bags

All beach bags — especially ones with embroidery — are final sale.
If something arrives wrong or damaged, let us know within 48 hours.


Jewelry

Jewelry can be returned for store credit within 7 days of delivery.
It must be:

  • unworn

  • in the original packaging

  • in new condition

Store credit never expires.


Damaged or Wrong Items

If you get something damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo. We’re always happy to help.


Cancellations

Please reach out to us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify your order. All of our items are handmade and begin processing shortly after purchase, so cancellations are not guaranteed once production has started.

Processing times are clearly listed on our website and social media. Orders placed within the stated processing window are not considered late.

Chargebacks filed without first contacting us regarding a cancellation, refund, or delay may be disputed.
